Illawarra Sleep Psychology was established to help address the growing need for specialist sleep services, especially diagnosing and treating children, teens and adults experiencing sleep problems.  I provide sleep disorder treatment for sleep problems that are behaviourally and/or psychologically based.  Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder treated with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBTi) and mindfulness.

Illawarra Sleep Psychology offers:
1.      Individual face to face consultations at my offices in Wollongong and Thirroul, NSW
2.      Telephone and video consultations (due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Medicare rebates are available for telehealth (video and telephone) consultations as well as face to face consultations).
